- Provide custom software solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning system for better efficiency and increased productivity. - Maintain client hardware to include Personal Computers and all related peripherals.- Maintain server hardware, peripherals, and software.- Maintain internal corporate network infrastructure.- Research/recommend changes/upgrades to improve IT systems.- Maintain data security/integrity.- Implement disaster recovery policy.- Provide remote software support for staff.- Maintain SQL and Progress databases for corporate ERP system.- Provide technical training for the ERP system to all departments to ensure most efficient use of the system.- Design, develop, and maintain a library of company forms using Crystal Reports. These forms include both internal documents (stock reports, pick lists, sales reports, etc.) and customer documentation (ie. Customer Statements, Invoices, Packing Slips, etc.).

- Maintain client hardware to include Personal Computers and all related peripherals.- Coordinate various upgrade projects with both internal IT staff and external vendors.- Aid in troubleshooting applications problems with Advocate's applications teams and/or the commercial software vendor.- Provide recommendations for infrastructure/systems improvements.
