I am the dedicated recruiter for Big O Tires, handling the full recruitment process—from assessing staffing needs and sourcing candidates to pre-screening and evaluating applicants.I collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role, which allows me to find qualified candidates through job ads, social media, college boards, and other creative sourcing channels. I believe that finding the right fit is more than just matching qualifications—it's about finding people who embody our brand and culture.In my role, I actively participate in recruiting events and networking opportunities, representing MFA Oil Company, Break Time, and Big O Tires to gain connections with potential candidates and strengthen our employer brand. Alongside recruiting, I also contribute to the growth of our summer internship program in partnership with colleges and universities.
