Using my knowledge of solving legal problems, I write about changes in law and about the legal community. Past experience empowers me. The questions I have answered center on where we live and work, the land we own or rent, from single-family homes to commercial real estate. I've researched in Recorders’ Offices in twelve counties in six states. As top state enforcer for prevailing wage laws, I worked with local investigators on large-scale infrastructure projects and cooperated with federal enforcers. Banks and business clients relied upon my counsel and advocacy for foreclosure and bankruptcy. My persuasive briefs prevented a costly out-of-state bankruptcy hearing. Such experiences make my legal communications more valuable to lawyers and the public.
