Besides player management and scouting, Pursuit also works towards improving India’s sporting infrastructure and competitive structure.• Major responsibilities involved ensuring complete documentation of players, getting their visa work done, and ensuring all their demands are met on time and efficiently. Was an integral part of the team that helped Amritpal Singh secure his NBL contract and Amjyot Singh with his G League contract. Helped scout and recruit players to the 3x3BL – India’s 1st ever 3x3 Pro League (FIBA3x3 endorsed).

Major responsibilities comprised managing the social media presence of the company, strategizing and creating content for clients, writing feature articles as a guest writer, editing content written by sports writers (on Ekalavyas’ website), ensuring SEO standards are met on content posted on the website, and onboarding clients to use Ekalavyas media services. Responsible for planning the social media promotion strategy and delivering engaging content to draw crowds for the FIBA Women’s Asia Cup in 2017 hosted by the Basketball Federation of India in Bengaluru.

• Was part of the NGO sales team. Primary responsibility was converting potential leads into clients. Ensuring client satisfaction by being their dedicated account manager and help them in resolving all issues faced by them including providing content support for their fundraisers and ideating on strategies for their fundraiser to gain support.• Helped my clients raise over Rs. 10 lakh in my three months with the organization.
