I have extensive experience in representing parties in securities litigation matters including shareholder derivative and class actions and related matters. I also have handled numerous SEC and state securities enforcement actions involving investigations of insider trading, financial frauds, disclosure violations, municipal securities law issues, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and securities offerings. In addition, I represent regulated and unregulated parties in investigations by self-regulatory bodies such as FINRA.
