I am a future-oriented management executive for organizations driven by mission and purpose. Most recently, I led and managed the operations of a global portfolio of 200 distinct international higher education projects per year, ranging from $400M--$900M in aggregate annual revenue.My passion is developing organizational strategy for growth and agility, while building and managing cohesive teams within a shifting global context. I lead by example while guiding and empowering managers and team members to execute to their full potential. My most recent experience has been in driving change through higher education exchange. My deeper, long-term interest is in our human potential and how we can propel the world to become more equitable, inclusive and honest. Today’s leaders must have a multicultural perspective and an instinct for where the world is headed. They must take an optimistic approach and be flexible in their mindset to ensure their organizations have impact and remain relevant. Leading a multi-generational workforce requires leaving aside egos and personal loyalties to focus on the issues that, as a team, we will solve together. My leadership style is to create and advance opportunities for others.I am first generation born Chinese-American. I draw my leadership inspiration from my family’s experiences of resilience through loss and of gaining strength from vulnerability. I am a proud mother of two and I have been honored to serve as a positive role model for up-and-coming women and people of color.
