Fully responsible for order processing.1.After receiving the order, review the contract requirements and check the customer's requirements (materials, specifications, prices, packaging methods, delivery information) to avoid mistakes.2.Issuing production notice, making colour matching & print proof which need customer’s confirmation.3.Follow up the production progress, timely feedback customer requirements to the production department. 4. Prepare the required documents before shipment (completion report, customs declaration invoice & packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) and arrange shipment.

Purchaser: 1 Request for materials quote. 2 Tracking purchase order(L/T, MOQ). 3 Supplier development & classification. 4. Collection & analysis for purchase information. Sales: 1 Making quotation. 2 Tracking sales order: issue working order, coordinate production progress and making shipping plan. 3 Making packing list and invoice for export goods. 4 Register and update sales information in ERP system. 5 Consolidate and complete sales reports regularly. 6 Reply customer's mails in time(ASSY information, sales order changes, delivery date pull in or push out etc).

1.Assist ASM to make Budget, Quota, Forecast and Action Plan as company sales strategy.2.Tracking and feedback for regional sales situtation.3.Register, maintain and update sales information in system.4.Complete sales reports regularly.5.Take charge of daily and business trip arrangement for ASM.
