I have worked in the rail industry for the past 12 years, 5 years with Plant maintenance supporting track and civil, rollingstock and re-sleepering teams. 7 years in the rail Signalling space as a signal fitter with the last 2 years as a Signalling Maintenance Coordinator. As a Coordinator my key roles and responsibilities are.• Use SAP to create / distribute maintenance notifications and work orders.• Use SAP to procure resources to rectify immediate faults on network.• Use SAP to acquire materials for maintenance activities.• Use SAP to plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.• Utilise Excel to create and manage network roster for 30 staff.• Facilitate monthly team meetings.• Utilise Anaplan to ensure rosters and staff remain within fatigue management guidelines.• Assist with monthly budgeting meetings to ensure budget KPI’s are being met.• Monitor staff performance.• Assist with human relations issue with staff.• Manage Compliance of self through Personal development plans and meeting KPI’s.• Utilise outlook to prioritise deadlines through to do list and tasks.• Plan, support and coordinate major weekend SCAS closures.• Plan, support and coordinate extended weeknight closures.• Manage inventory through various stocktake activities.• Relieve in higher position of Wayside systems Supervisor.• Relieve in higher position of Network Shift Asset Manager. I am a highly goal driven individual who prides himself on his ability to adapt and overcome whilst maintaining a safety critical mindset.
