- Executed setup of database connections and maintenance of end-user hardware/software- Installed and maintained workstation hardware and operating systems to support unique customer requirements- Provide project management, coordination, and technical support during project implementation as well as consulting services for business partnersSouthern Co IOC:- Monitored and maintained Windows and Unix servers in a 24x7 Operations Center- Administered Unix and Windows servers which included patching, IIS, and Active Directory usage and utilizing VMWare- Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of Southern Company’s critical IT infrastructure, websites, and databases.In a previous role, I worked in a 24/7 Network Operations Center. As the Open Systems Analyst, I was responsible for the health of Windows/Linux Servers, Websites, and databases critical to Southern Co. It is a reactive NOC, but there were a lot of activities that we did as proactive measures. As 2nd tier support, we had dealings with Windows server support, Active Directory, IIS, and VMWare.
