I have the honour of holding the role of Executive Director with Sea to Sky Community Services. Much of my career has focused on leading teams and delivering programs that meet real needs and are sustainable within the community. I have a passion for building healthy cultures within organizations and teams, so they have the tools going forward to anticipate and manage change. I’ve also worked with groups on successful community engagement, assessment and planning, and have proven experience leading successful multi-stakeholder projects.I have a clear eye for leveraging individual and organizational strengths to effect profound change.
