Jaye is a Registered Architect (QP) and certified Green Mark Professional (GMP) with an accumulated 15 years of working experience as a Design, Project Architect consultant and Sustainable Construction Manager to contractors to deliver complex small to large scale mixed-development from Concept to Handover Completion. She is technically trained from concept to detail design when leading multi-disciplinary integrated teams of internal co-workers, external consultants, contractors to ensure design intent, code compliance and timely project delivery is met. She practices hands-on BIM (Revit) approach from masterplan concept, sustainable building design schematics, design development to tender and submission for multi-disciplined design integrated with construction practicality and time resource management. Her strengths and proactive researching in innovative and environmentally sustainable solutions is creatively collaborated and incorporated with a holistic comprehensive design methodology for Optimal Project Performance analysis so as to achieve clients’ informed decision making. Since 2005, she has designed and project managed various institutional civic cultural projects, commercial malls, hospitality and residential projects.
