Developed resourcing strategies for a host of emerging enforcement requirements including cyber security and biometric detection, and international travel preclearance operations and negotiations. Managed relationships with industry, the Administration and Congress to achieve operational, resource and policy objectives. Managed a staff of 500 and third-party contracts exceeding $200 million annually.
