As a Corporate Trainer at Priority, I help our stakeholders achieve their goals and maximize their value from our software solutions. I have a Master of Science in Apparel and Textiles, and more than 15 years of experience in customer success, product consultation, sales support, and training. I am passionate about delivering engaging and impactful courses that enhance the knowledge and skills of our users, using a variety of learning methods and platforms.Prior to joining Priority, I was the US Team Coordinator for a global software company, where I led process initiatives to improve customer retention, reduce churn, increase upsell opportunities, and delight customers. I also partnered with corporate Customer Success Enablement to provide training and resources to our regional team. In addition, I have been an Adjunct Professor of Fashion Marketing at Parsons School of Design for over 23 years, where I teach courses on fashion merchandising, retail buying, sociology of dress, and fashion marketing. I have also served as a contributor for a book on the history of American fashion and apparel, published by ABC-CLIO in 2015. I am driven by the challenge of creating and delivering value to internal and external stakeholders, customers and learners, as well as leveraging technology to optimize efficiency, collaboration, and profitability.
