NSNA formed as a merger of the Emerson East Neighborhood Association (EENA) and Eken Park Neighborhood Association (EPNA). Duties include attending association meetings and taking/posting minutes, plus attending Steering Committee Meetings. Also includes participation in the Systems Merger committee, which is responsible for merging all identities and assets of both organizations.

Leading the Member Engagement Team, which is responsible for welcoming new members to the chapter, and helping them find the work that lights them up by assisting their relationships with other chapter members who have common interests within the climate work done by the organization. Supporting chapter co-leaders with planning and logistics. Supporting tech of chapter hybrid meetings as well as leading some meetings. Supporting other team leaders with guidance and coaching to help them improve their team dynamics. Assisting the leadership of the Youth Action Team of the chapter, supporting high school and college-aged members be active in climate work, including attending our national conference and lobby day with members of congress.

The mission of the Center (http://www.centerforcreativelearning.com) is to make the world a safer place by helping people learn to express their emotions fully, freely and safely. The flagship course is an emotional intelligence weekend intensive called *Taking It Lightly*. Many other weekend and evening courses are also offered.
