Barclays Challenge Forums facilitate Barclays colleagues through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and challenge identification through a high level business framework and into a refined plan for implementation inside the Group. I am regularly hired by Barclays to lead facilitations that regard opportunities in: Infrastructure in Sustainable Cities, Refugee Crisis and Identity Challenge, Resource Scarcity, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain

I helped accelerate a cohort of 13 startups from around the world, whose products ranged from retail to cutting-edge software technology. FWD.us is a bipartisan entity for the innovation community to create, support, and influence policy that affects it. As a member of the council, I help define strategy and activate the tech community in NYC to protect and advance its interests. Our urgent focus is on immigration issues, which disable highly talented founders and our country from working together to create great opportunities in local and world economies.

I help develop and execute the NYCares mission by assembling initiatives, events, and other opportunities that activate people across the city to create positive impacts together.

Since establishing HackerNest in NYC in fall 2014, my co-organizers and I have grown HackerNest from 0 to 6,000+ members, making it the brand's most successful community among all of the cities that we are active in across the world.HackerNest is a meetup that brings together technologists of all kinds and invites them to cut the business and focus on building real, lasting connections.

Startup Institute is an elite, immersive, full-time two month experience that catapults its students into the technology ecosystem and ushers them to varieties of employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.

First sales role. Built and managed client network; became top producer within first six months; built $1,000,000 portfolio during first 10 months in an industry whose average deal size is $25k. At one point funded more than any two other brokers combined.Managed associate team before end of first year. Additional responsiblities: negotiated terms of deal with both client and firm; analyzed client's business strength in direct collaboration with underwriting, CEO and CFO; advised decision-makers on final product package and payment plans; trained new employees.Initiated and managed new avenues for marketing and other inbound business.
