Leveraging extensive IT Infrastructure and Project Management knowledge to contribute to the NERC CIP (North American Electric Reliability Corporation, Critical Infrastructure Protection) program at ComEd (an Exelon company). As part of the Data Center Infrastructure Lifecycle Management project leadership my primary goal is to capture and document IT infrastructure management processes and procedures for HCSC's dual data center model. I am also responsible for preparing and finalizing all project artifacts and deliverables (e.g., Charter, Scope, WBS and WBS Dictionary.

Manage all phases of project to implement Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, deploy Office 2007 and implement Beyond Trust Privilege Manager to support all enterprise PCs (approx. 500). Project will reengineer base image for all PCs utilizing SCCMs Task Sequence capabilities.Project will run for approx. 6 months.

Working as part of the ABN AMRO Bank Chicago Data Center Exit program to migrate existing outsourced ITIL services including service desks from multiple vendors to insourced organizations of the various banking entities within the RBS consortium.

Consulting engagement to establish initial project plan for turn over to permanent Project Manager, document business requirements and assist with PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) tool selection. The initial phase was to stabilize and improve the Navistar SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) processes and incorporate SDLC into overarching project.

Stabilization and improvement of ITIL Change Management process at Allstate Insurance - Claims Technology Services. There are two primary aspects of this effort. Document and stabilize Change Management processes bringing them more in line with standard ITIL practice. Manage project to enhance custom tool necessary to support the practice. Interview.

Primary responsibility to develop and maintain Identity Management solutions for world wide corporate infrastructure. Performed as Documentation and Business Process Lead for Netware Managed Server Environment Project. Author, corporate Netware Directory Services, security procedures and standards. Mediated and participated in Business Process discussions.

Architected, designed and managed international file and print services infrastructure utilizing Novell's Netware. Administered intranet consisting of Cisco routers linked via Frame Relay circuits. Responsibilities included project management as well as technical expertise in a variety of platforms.
