I worked on the national migration of Brokers onto Podium Broker Portal across PLAN, Choice and FAST aggregation businesses. Holding over 400 classes for 20+ brokers in Basic Training, Managing your Business and CRM essentials I learnt quickly the needs of brokers and their support staff. I was able to personally meet over 1300 brokers face-to-face around the country across PLAN, Choice and FAST as well as holding webinars to over 300 participants at a time. This gave me great insight into how brokers use software and what they need.
