By reducing repeat risks impact by over 80%, ensured business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.• Ecosystem Partnerships and Benchmarking: Instituted ecosystem partnerships to benchmark organizations and developed a GCC (Global Capability Centers) maturity model framework in collaboration with Zinnov. This framework became an industry standard to assess organizational growth. Cultivated a culture of continuous learning and drove improvements in Leadership, Operational Excellence, Talent, Innovation, and Product Management partnering with 450+ external organizations and 50+ internal groups.• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Built, grew, and managed relationships with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Implemented supplier performance management and stakeholder review systems, resulting in a 20% improvement in deliverables.
