• Pre-commissioning & commissioning. preparing instrument work package attachments and related documents for reference & testing purposes for individual instrument within system or sub-system for all installed & tested.
• Work package verification (p&id, Instrument loop diagram, data Sheet, instrument layout drawing, hook-up drawing,termination schedule, instrument index, punch list, schematic diagram and vendor Drawing).
• Prepairing loop folder as per client instruction.
• Responsible for assigning loop to other technicians whom are ready for loop checking.
• Carry out troubleshooting (loop) of various type of conventional & foundation field bus.
• acknowledge and resolve punch list items that arise during loop checking such as system and construction punch list.

Doha-Qatar

• Carry out pre commissioning and commissioning activities included calibration,
• loop checking, trouble shooting, function test and start up activities.
• update documentation i.l.d, inter connection wiring and p&id.
• commissioning bently nevada system 3500 series for vibration testing and installed axial, radial, keyphaser probe using tk-3
• Advise instrument fitter for installing supports and installing instruments.
• Advise instrument electrician for jb termination, cable glanding, explain them to jb schedule.

India

• Attend daily jobs allotted by inst. Eng. procuring the work permit and coordinate with the area operators and panel operators for attending the preventive maintenance (P.M) and Corrective Maintenance jobs.
• Bench calibration of instruments like transmitter, level troll, switches, I/P converters, positioners, sov. t/c and rtd and field calibrating if required.
• Checking the esd Inst.as per the procedures.
• Check the fire & gas and smoke detectors and servicing the detectors,
• Check the Impulse line and fittings for any leaks and replace them if required.
• Attended the jobs called by the operation during breakdown and rectified the problems by them.
