 End to end responsibility of bringing GSM/UMTS/FDD/TDD/Massive MIMO Capacity additions on Air within TAT once the site is RFAI’d and handed over from IP relationship team. Co-ordinating TI vendors and zonal Engineers for completing monthly project rollout thereby achieving monthly and yearly targets. Co-ordinating with IP relationship team and IP vendors for material movement in synchronization with civil work completion Project rollout MIS updating and circulation on regular basis. Working along with Circle SCM team for material procurement and delivery as per plan for target achievement Co-ordinating TI vendors and Commercial team for PO release and timely Invoice clearances Training Installation vendors about quality, safety and equipment knowledge. Co-ordinating with Ware House team for material logistics and delivery at sites. Also following up for any material shortages which should be taken up with buyers. Co-ordinating with IP relationship team for clearing RFAI punch points. Providing Capitalization data to Circle finance team on regular basis to reduce Capex Work In progress amount. Inventory Management and Purchase order Management Assisting for Capex planning. Training Installation vendors about quality, safety and equipment knowledge. Logistics Handling (Forward & Reverse) end ensuring timely delivery of materials at sites and back to WH without any shortage. Initiating Kaizens for continuous improvement of process and quality Delivery Tracking and Invoice payment Follow-up.  Providing required capitalization inputs to Circle Finance team on regular basis.
