• Given the role of preparing SWOT analysis and finding out the root cause of problems in the reciprocating gas compressor performance.• Conducting regular inspections and to do analysis of daily running parameters on the compressors to determine that all of them are in working condition.• Coming up with mechanical solutions to meet the difficulties and coordinating with the supply schedule.• Commissioning new compressor packages and take technical upgrades according to technical specification pointed out report.• Developing plans for handling complicated compressor packages and there running problems in order to achieve its appropriate efficiency with occupied gas flow.• Preparing technical plan for routine monthly check up of total compressor package lookout total around daily running operational problems.• Initiating processes of installing and testing of any new compressor parts to check them for their optimal performance.• Taking follow-up reports on the newly-procured machinery and take all compressors running parameters.

Provide support to engineering and sales for all technical inputs for up-rate proposals.• To detect parameters which affect the performance of gas turbine and it’s major parts and perform detail analysis of every removed part with detail analytical skill to determine solution and to resolve problem in every section of gas turbine.• Familiar with permit system, safety equipments , hazardous area classification also knowledge of plant overview and providing technical knowledge and support for new installations and modifications by maintaining designated system to ISO standards.

To do technical work for Hot Gas Path Inspection work of frame 6F gas turbine under technical authority GE Power Services at Sembcorp Ltd Salalah

• To maintain daily preventive maintenance work of auxiliaries of entire combine cycle power plant• Looking after the entire gamut of activities pertaining to maintenance, erection & overhauling of all field auxiliaries of Gas Turbine Generator and Steam Turbine Generator of Both units of CCPP..• To prepare data sheets regarding to operation and maintenance work power plant auxiliaries equipments• Attend mechanical breakdown and trouble shooting of air compressors, boiler feed pumps, D.M water plant pump and auxiliaries• Prepare failure report of every equipment and report it to seniors for next work.• To do hydro test of instrument and service air tanks as per maintained schedule.• Adept in handling routine maintenance. • Follow-up on pump auxiliaries operation, boiler operation, fabrication work daily maintenance work ,D.M plant auxiliaries maintenance work, auxiliaries related to G.T.• Accountable for Forecasting and scheduling shutdown activities and major turbines overhauling. Ensuring the implementation of various routine/preventive/ breakdown maintenance schedules of various machines to increase machine up time/equipment reliability and Shutdown maintenance during turnaround of the plant.• Dexterous in providing hard core support/ assistance to subordinates in technical issues & also discussing critical issues with higher authorities.
