- A result-oriented professional with over 18 years of combined experience in IT application development, project/program management and compliance. - Solid experience in managing delivery of multi-year programs that incur costs ranging of $10-15MM and generate huge benefits to entire organization. - Extensive experience in project execution using application development methodologies like SDLC and Agile and ensure that team members follow Corporate ADM guidelines based on FFIEC Application Development. - Expertise in developing and standardizing processes for repeatable set of tasks like creating standard sites or enabling Single Sign-On for applications from intranet. - Experience in leading application development and support teams based on onsite-offshore model. - Excellent communication and change leadership skills, motivating teams to deliver projects successfully on committed timeline, budget and quality as well as facilitating communications at executive management level. - Engage partners from multiple business and IT groups and collaborate with all on a periodic basis to review the overall project status, monitor risks as well as solve problems related to applications. - Conduct training of standard processes and methodologies to vendor team members. - Establish governance for multiple development teams or cross functional teams to deliver capabilities on a single shared platform used globally by all employees. Ensure Project KPIs are reported to ADM Audit on a periodic basis. - Manage implementation schedules of selected Internet and/or Intranet technologies or applications, including project milestones and timelines.
