Ensuing the Monitoring of quality plan at vendor’s manufacturing stage and at the time of final inspection . Implementation of Risk assessment & contingency planning.

Grinding & Tool RoomThe Role:Practical experience of all kinds of precision grinding machines like WMW Germany SIW 3B, 3U, 4U, CAC grinding M/C’s and Famir International Italy bore grinding m/c with in process gauging Marposs.Familiar with the operation of surface and centreless grinding m/c. Shop floor management of grinding and assembly department. Management of production grinding section according to production plan schedule to achieve the production target by optimum utilization & integration of resources. Adept in monitoring the production process and quality parameters.
