1) Currently working as a Plant Quality head in Pune plant.2) To manage the resources required for in process inspection as well as final inspection. ( Which includes gauges, skilled manpower, inspection SOP, etc)3) To ensure compliance of overall plant operations as per ISO 9001 – 2008 Quality Management System 4) Handling of customer complaints reported by external as well as internal customer.To monitor as well as reduce the cost of poor quality by reduction in generation of defective products.5) To initiate / lead the programs or activities related to process improvements.6) To ensure the successful implementation of APQP at the time of new product development.7) To maintain the MIS related to QMS as per the guidelines of top Management8) To ensure the calibration of monitoring and measuring equipments before due date of calibration.9) To develop & implement the control plans for all the processes running in the plant.10) To lead as well as implement the ‘5 S’ & TPM drive.11) To improve the measurement systems with help of statistical tools like Gauge R & R12) To monitor the supplier performance & develop suppliers having suitable competency & resources. 13) To educate the people for sustenance of good systems & process improvements.14) To initiate / lead the improvement projects by using 7 QC tools.15) To work as an effective link between custmers & top management for better implimentation of APQP.
