As the Senior HR Business Partner, I was responsible to lead the HR for the Private Bank and the Investment Banking businesses for Barclays in India. In addition to this, I also led HR for Barclays Shared Services businesses (Global Markets, Research and Corporate Functions) in Mumbai.

At Kotak, I led HR for the Institutional Equities, Research, ECM and Corporate finance / Investment Banking businesses

At Lehman, I was responsible to lead HR for the Investment Management / Private Equity (Real Estate and Growth Capital) and the Support & Control Divisions (one of the largest divisions in the group, put together).

At HSBC Securities, I was handling the HR advisory function for the Investment Banking / Corporate Finance & the Institutional Equities business.In addition to this, I was given an additional responsibility to lead the build out at HSBC Asset Management, for their Mutual fund business across the country.

Being a part of a startup organization, my role encompassed evolving and streamlining HR processes & systems. I was responsible for advising line managers in executing & implementing HR policies.
