Aligning & integrating external vendors with Mylan’s uncompromising Global Quality Standards at optimal costs.I have been successful in identifying & creating an effective vendor base through cross functional engagements. This enables different sales & marketing teams to achieve their commercial objectives across various geographies.I am producer & lead the following roles, Supplier Identification & Selection – Strong Global supplier relationships, very strong in India/EM’s. Agreements – Successfully negotiated agreements with 3P CMO paving a way for successful launch of various marketing divisions for India commercial. Negotiations. Contracting & management of the relationship for all new & existing FDF suppliers for India, South Africa and Emerging Markets. Coordinate with other overseas sites to track and monitor all the existing relationship across the region. Managed technical transfer of products from 3P site based out of South Africa to India for Cost Improvement & improvement in delivery schedule. To institutionalize effective and efficient Vendor Performance Measurement System To prepare annual Budget for the function and to device appropriate controls. Work on continuous cost reduction within the existing relationship for a product and explore other sites for the same product to focus on cost reduction. Strategic sourcing of API’s - Develop synergies & to leverage the negotiation strength. Responsible for placing/releasing orders on suppliers.
