• Support the implementation of the new case management tool ServiceNow and its integration to Workday• Facilitate meetings, ensure understanding and leading teams to successful outcomes.• Priorities workloads by being flexible with BAU activities to make sure all customer needs are met.• Create and manage RAID logs and ensure all risks are reported.• Collaborate globally with senior stakeholder and build relationship both internally and externally.• Establish milestones and use agile methodology to achieve key deliverables.• Create user acceptance test script on SILK and ensure all defects are resolved in a timely manner.• Identify process improvement to help the customer and business.
