• Spearheading a team of 8 category sales managers and 60 category sales executives, responsible for business development in North Region.• Complete P&L ownership of defined regions in North with a top line of INR 3 Cr+.• The job entails establishing strategies to focus on leading input metrics such as customer base touch (awareness generation), video/physical meetings per day per executive, call quality score etc which will lead to increased sales productivity outputs.• Managing and expanding the client base by instilling and implementing new initiatives like JD Mart Knowledge Wednesdays throughout the region.• Maintaining high quality standards for customers and suppliers which register on the JD Mart portal by fine-tuning the benchmark parameters across profile, catalogue and product pages set for suppliers to join JD Mart.

-Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, clients work status and receivables etc.-Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports.-Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers.-Responsible for team recruitment, training, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team.-Ensure implementation of training program for skill development .-Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel.-Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.-Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.
