JOB PROFILEResponsibilities – Sales & Marketing for exports to UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Hong Kong, South Africa, Zambia & Complete Export Documentation/Logistics works:-• Communication with Existing & New Customers over telephone & e-mails• Forwarding promotional materials & samples to existing/new customers.• Pricing analysis, quotations and negotiations.• Order Procurement, Order Booking and ensure its timely dispatches• Interaction & Co-ordination with customers and manufacturing plants (Planning, Production, Quality Department, Despatch Department) for order execution, delivery commitments, quality checks and material despatches• Analyzing customer complaints and closing the same• Follow-up with the buyers for advance payment, LC & etc.• Preparation of Pre-shipment Documents such as Invoice, Packing List & Shipping Instructions etc.• Supervising for Container Stuffing at Factory/ICD Tughlakabad• Proper utilization of EPCG Licenses/Advance Licenses• Redemption of EPCG Licenses/Advance Licenses• Negotiation with CHAs for Air Freight Charges & Sea Freight Charges• Co-ordination with CHAs for Air Shipments/Sea shipments & collection of shipment documents & other customs related documents• Arranging Vendor Payments• Post-shipment Documentation work such as forwarding the original documents to buyers, submitting documents to bank & etc.• Preparation & Attestation of Bank Certificate of Export and Realisation from the Bank.• Preparing & Submitting Quarterly Export Performance Details/Annual Export Performance Details to FIEO/DGFT• Payment Reconciliation with Accounts Department.
