Job Profile: Doing and participating in Govt. Tender on behalf of company. Assisting Director in preparation of rate analysis, Billing, reconcilement of materials, procurement of materials after deep search and comparison. Placing PO and compliance for the materials to sites etc. Managing for Laboratory test results, maintaining records and returns.  Preparation of PQ documents, uploading with the tender and submission thereon. Exchange of correspondence with the department for the ongoing projects and maintaining the registers, Site reports, compliance etc. Follow up with the site officers/ engineers, department officials for the progress, requirement etc. as per the direction of the Director of the co. Also looking after the administrative work, HR related activities General banking related to tender requirements like bank guarantee, tender fees, security deposit, advances etc. Practicing in SAP for preparation of GRN, Material PO, Service PO, prepare service entry sheet, parking entry etc.>>>>>>> Knowledge of Computer and applications.- (Operating System, MS Office & Basic Knowledge of Tally )- Internet & other software Installation knowledge- Tender related search through (N) Procure and uploading.- Pharmasuit Programme (Soham Computer) - (Knowledge & Practices to make a new entry, Master updation, Parameter updation, Generated Reports, utility etc…)- SAP knowledge (Preparation of GRN, Material PO, Service PO, prepare service entry sheet, parking entry etc.
