Driving forward the Allianz Commerical market facing multinational strategy to ensure customer needs are fully met

- Overall responsibility for UK and Ireland region including our top tier global clients, brokers and network partners

- Overall responsibility for the delivery of our global employee benefit risk programs- Overall responsibility and management of the tender team, who devise our global proposals for employee benefit risk program prospects.- Head technical liaison with our in-house reinsurer regarding the implementation of our captive programs

- Management of global employee benefit risk programs for our major existing UK headquartered clients, including sustained liaison and relations with all involved stakeholders. - Highly active role in global client acquisition, retention and growth in line with key business targets and deliverables.- Operational responsibility for our UK hub and further enhancement of our strong network insurer and broker relationships.- Lead in working with other international Allianz Group entities for bilateral and multilateral customer propositions- Frequent contributor to internal strategic projects in collaboration with our senior directors.

- Nominated for leading up the new expansion into the London market following successful secondment in Germany:- Day-to-day management of our high profile existing global captive and multinational pooling clients in collaborations with the Regional Director for Asia Pacific and UK.- Working with our key UK partners and intermediaries to strengthen our presence.

- Secured 6 month (extended to 1 year) international secondment at All Net GmbH, Allianz International Employee Benefits Network in Stuttgart, Germany- Principally supported the Regional Director for Asia-Pacific with existing and prospective international clients.- Duties included tender submission preparation and delivery, lead generation and execution, and active operational account management.

Undertook 2 year accelerated graduate programme, working in key areas of the Allianz UK business including:- Commercial Underwriting- Retail Operations- Retail Marketing- Commercial Claims Operations

Industrial Placement year working within the Tax Credits Analysis team. Duties included:- Designed and implemented an Excel-based model to simulate overpayment scenarios.· Answering Parliamentary Questions on tax credit policy, statistics and compliance issues.- Contributing to publications for Budget 2006.- Writing summary papers on topics including work incentives and tax credit renewals.
