"Services" is very known and common word, nowadays as it is not limited to repair or maintenance only but more of productivity concerns if we see the real pain. When we talk for productivity, it is associated with multiple things and when we try to address everything together, it makes perfect sense for customers. At the end, what customers need ? Service? Repair?... No, but great productivity. As I always like to work with challenges, this is my new assignments along with lab informatics role and happily accomplished year. I could see great engagement and everyday new exciting challenges...

Started career in Agilent as field service engineer, managed HPLC, GC, GCMS and Enterprise SW/ bioinformatics. Leading a team of 10 Engineers as team leader in western part of India.

Managed almost all lab instruments for repair, maintenance and documentations. Managing compliance related to lab instrument, life cycle, validation etc. Was a key stake holder for increasing lab efficiency, users training and operations.

Shreedhar instruments is associated with Saksham enterprise, who was distributor for Shimadzu make TOC analyzer, i was mainly responsible for TOC analyzer support.
