JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate, maintain and modify 3D drawings for the food processing and packaging plants with machines like fyers, conveyors, multihead weigher, VFFS machines, tray sealers etc. Experience with Urschel machines, Apack Tray Sealers, Hi-Dream Multihead weighers and other packing and processing machines.Prepare 3D machinery layout of processing plant and finalizing the layout andmachinery locations according to process flow.Prepare estimations for the projects with sufficient fixed and negotiation margins.Prepare quotation for the client with proper detailed technical specifications of themachines used.Coordinate with site people and resolve the execution problems.Understand supplier’s products and integrate in the projects wherever needed.Contact packaging machinery supplier from all over the world and discuss with themabout the projects and future collaboration.Meet the clients throughout GCC and understand their requirement and carry outthe whole project costing and follow up throughout the execution andcommissioning of the machines.Discuss with suppliers about the customer requirements and get a proper and costefficientsolution for the client.Traveling and meeting the suppliers all around the globe for product training on theexisting and new developed technologies and machinery.Performing market study and staying updated with the latest trends in the industry.Do system integration and develop process flow with equipment from differentsuppliers. Make a turnkey project and deliver to client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Generate structural drawings for the feed plant including column base and floorgirder positions in reference of machine locations.Generate manufacturing drawings for machines, hoppers, and conveyors of feedplant with reference of different international standards.Prepare machinery layout of feed plant by deciding the heights of the columns andfloors machinery layouts.Coordinate with project engineer and resolve the execution problems.Visit sites for supervising of proper execution of the work whenever needed.Calculating structural BOQ for the whole plant after finalizing of the drawings.Reporting directly to the M.D. and assisting in proposal making and meeting theclients for understanding their requirements.
