Handling of manufacturing materials store.Handling of manpower and maintaining of required documents regarding receipt and issuance.Co-ordination with purchase team for delivery of required materials on time.Handling the dispensing/issuance activities for the raw material, packing material, consumable material and Housekeeping material.Co-ordination with warehouse team for dispensing/issuance of required materials on time.Stock verification of all materials on monthly basis.Maintains the Material Management System.Updating the online entries in ProcessXE & SAP for legible managerial Data of materials.Independently handling the day to day store activities including manpower management.Dispensing of Raw Material, and Calibration of Instrument & equipment.Maintaining the documents as per the norms of cGMP.Reconciliation of RM on Weekly/Daily Basis.SAP Operation regarding the stores day to day function. Including issuance of materials.To ensure the availability of Raw materials from the purchase department as per the requirement.
