Current>Tracking Availability data of Top 2000 & Top 500 national product at all stores every week and sharing with top management.>Availability of stock at all the new upcoming Coco store (1200-1800 sq. ft.),successfully launched 12 stores in South with 90% availability on the launching date.>Focused on SFM and FM availability of products to about 1100 SIS stores by working on MIS team file of Sales and SOH.>Follow up on third mile operation for stock movement from pickup to deliver at the destination.>Initiated IST (Store to store) stock movement to reduce the cost of transportation and process of again transferring to warehouse and then to others store.>Monitoring on the clearance of Restricted, Banned and spurious drugs by city ops from every zone stores and to follow all the legal compliance.>Cycle Audit count activity has been initiated to maintain the inventory health Pan India by auditing product as per different-different criteria.>Creating and placing STO for fulfillment at Pan India stores.
