As a board member at Goyal Technochem, a leading manufacturer of additives for green sand moulding, I contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the company, with a focus on enhancing its marketing performance and innovation capabilities. I also leverage my expertise in marketing strategy and innovation, which I acquired from my MSc degree at Bayes Business School, to advise the management team on how to optimize the company's value proposition, customer segments, and competitive advantage in the market.In addition, I serve as a board member at J D College of Engineering & Management, an education institution that offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and management. I support the college's vision and mission, as well as its academic and administrative affairs, drawing from my diverse and rich educational background, which includes a SBSP from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a bachelor's degree in business management from Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, and short-term programs at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Université catholique de Lille. I also bring my skills in teamwork, social media, and public speaking, which I have developed and honed throughout my career, to foster collaboration, communication, and engagement among the board, the faculty, the staff, and the students.
