 Pivotal in handling the following activities:o Preparing Fund flow /Cash position of all group companies for cash flow monitoring.o Key member in preparing and following Investment Poilcy. o Handling Front Office Investment in Mutual funds, RIETS Funds, NCD, ICD, Structure Product in Commodities Markets including Promoters funds. o Handling Bank accounts of group companies of Ess Dee Aluminium and two subsidiaries.o Handling Statutory and Internal Audits for Vyoma Investment and Finance Co Pvt Ltd and Ess dee Aluminium Limited.  Single point of contact for all banking related to Term Loan, Working capital Limit and documentation requirement. Managing Forex documentation and statutory compliance with AD Banks.  Singly point of contact for all Commercial paper raised, within limits of Rs 120 crores by CARE and CRISIL ratings Involved in the process of increasing the Credit Limits of each Bank accounts and reducing/reversal of the overdue interest charges. Single point of Contact to get Credit rating assigned from CARE and Crisil rating agencies. Involved in the process of increasing the Credit Limits of each Bank accounts and reducing the over due interest charges. Opened a New Bank account for a new company formed by the ESS DEE Aluminium Pte. Pivotal in developing new Financial Planning Model for advising clients for investments.
