Procurement • Managing and Monitoring Countrywide Purchase of Protection and safety equipments & other Office Equipments. • Identifying and Finalization of Vendors. Purchase Negotiations & Closures on Products & Pricing. Continuous monitoring of vendor performance. • Inventory Management i.e. managing stocks, Reorder levels, Stock reconciliation etc. • Evaluate and develop suppliers of products/processes.• Manage supplier corrective actions, ensuring thorough root cause analysis is being performed to eliminate possible recurrence (Verification at the supplier sites should be considered for significant concerns) • Perform annual on-site supplier process audits for all High Impact suppliers in accordance with company requirements. • Track supplier performance in accordance with defined guidelines.• Visit suppliers on a proactive regular basis to report performance and review systems.• Maintain supplier records in accordance with documented requirements.• Maintain global communication of supplier performance issues as and when required.• Release Purchase Order of requisite material with consideration of payment schedule and delivery conditions by keeping track in standard Purchase Log of Global Procurement.• Follow-up with vendors for successful delivery of materials at requisite site.Safety • Member of Safety Committee.• Member of Food Safety Committee for ISO 22000.• Completed foundation courses for ISO 22000 & OHSAS 18000 certification.• Conducting periodicals Audits at all sites and officesAdministration • Maintaining excellent House Keeping.• Maintaining company Garden.• Arranging Annual get together, Company Picnic.• EPBX services & AMC,• Managing Courier & Postage.• Making Arrangements for canteen facilities.
