Onsite Support Engineer
Current- Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per helpdesk procedures & allocated timelines.
- Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreedtimescales.
- Communicates with device users regarding incident progress.
- Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues areresolved.
- Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support.
- Troubleshoots and resolves Apple iPad incidents.
