I am dual qualified having been Called to the Bar in 2002 and qualified as a Solicitor Advocate at MLS Chase Solicitors and founded Axiom Stone in 2007 as its senior partner. I am a Public Access practitioner and have rights to conduct litigation. I am also a qualified Mediator.My expertise is in civil/commercial litigation and ADR having advised multinational corporations, including international steel, aluminium, freight and logistics companies and been involved in healthcare, construction and aviation consultancy company litigation. As part of my commercial focus, I have negotiated contracts covering a number of the industries (to name a few) mentioned above, particularly from India. I provide regulatory consultancy advice to Indian companies entering the UK market and litigate on their behalf as well as against Indian companies in the UK, litigating on matters with UK jurisdiction, enforcing contractual obligations and judgments. I represent in fast and multi-track cases at the County and High Courts however, my main area of expertise lies in representing health professionals before regulatory bodies/tribunals in disciplinary matters. Over the years, I have developed a fierce reputation in the defence of health professionals before the GMC, GPHC, NMC and the HCPC where I have successfully defended psychologists, pharmacists, paramedics, physiotherapists, hearing aid audiologists and doctors to name but a few professionals before Fitness to Practise Panels.
 I am also instructed to present cases against health professionals by regulatory bodies including the HCPC and the NMC, as well as being called by the General Optical Council to sit as a Legal Adviser. My particular niche is in representing foreign and Indian doctors wishing to become specialist Consultants via the GMC’s Portfolio Pathway - (formerly known as PMETB's Article 14 route or Certificate of Eligibility for the Specialist Register (CESR)).I am an ex-Chairman of the Hindu Lawyers Association and the present Chairman of the Indian National Bar Association – UK Chapter. I have served the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for British Hindus as its secretariat lead and was co-founder of the APPG, advising cross party MPs and Peers in Parliament on matters relating to Hindus and India.In 2015, I was asked to be a member of the core team that organised the historic community event at Wembley Stadium where the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and the UK Prime Minister, David Cameron addressed the largest gathering of British Indians ever.
