22 years of experience in the IT spanning software product development & consulting focused on Enterprise transformation. As part of IBM’s Chief Information Office (CIO), I am currently leading a Program with development & delivery ownership of CRM software used by ~30K IBM sellers worldwide. Led the transformation of CRM teams as cross-functional engineering squads, recognized for their Agile and DevSecOps practices.Prior to IBM, I worked with Cognizant & Wipro. Championed Agile & DevOps transformation initiatives at various Fortune 500 customers I consulted as part of these organizations. At Cognizant, I led transition of a $100M, 5-year program to transition projects, teams, and offices from a European Telecom service provider to Cognizant.
