Business Acumen: Business Development, Project and Process Transition, Monitor MSA/SOW adherence and manage the delivery as per the SLA and manage relationship with Client Project Managers. Drive operations within operational budget, maintain a good P/L statement with high GM% and OM%.Process Design: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify new process design, provide improvement solution with ZERO Distance initiative, managing process change, provide testing results, identify controls, problem analysis, solution evaluation and recommendation, support to Solution Design on RFP, RFI and POC solutions.Content Delivery Framework: Design delivery framework based on detailed specifications of each vendors across multiple platforms in the digital supply chain, stabilize the system, enable effective integration, identify gap and risk before implementation, validate, measure and deploy effectiveness. Implementation of process improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma and Automation tools.Delivery management: Responsible for service delivery management, analyze and identify apt resources for work allocation, manage progress and delivery of multiple projects as per the contractual SLA’s, measuring KPI’s and reporting to stakeholders, quality management and reporting, implementing quality framework - FMEA, Table F, Transaction Monitoring, SQP, including ZERO Defect initiatives.Identify, deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives also identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Handle escalations and derive, implement action plans. Monitor, review and publish all reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
