Also, working on certain post payment report like TLM. • Co-ordinating with post pay teams for resolutions due to late payment updates. • Drafting appropriate replies to enquiries coming from client admin and CSR. • Reconciliation for pre & post payments breaks considering various scenario as per announcement made by DTC. • Checking the late announcement made by DTC and informed to Event creation team to update the event. • Working in US income pre-pay team to check and provide all the updates regarding missing dividend & Multiple payouts to concern team before pay date of the security.

Corporate Action, Dividends EMEA, APAC & UK Securities-o Managed a team of 7-9 people – Cash Dividend Accruals catering to European Markets.1) Ensured all Dividend Events including Cash, Optional, Return of Capital, ADR/GDR are validated as per their announcement. 2) Performed supervisory tasks to ensure control over regular activities and daily BAU is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. 3) Updated the SOP and Market Matrix on a regular basis whenever we have update on the process and market front and circulate within the team so as to ensure smooth functioning of the process and reduce the knowledge gap among team members. 4) Working on RPA and End-to-End Process Flow for increasing efficiency of the process. Bridged between Claims Team and Counterparty through Trader - Agent - Tax Team - Settlements Team thereby helping them in solving queries related to accruals, validating the position and trade, payment, claims, P&L release.7) Worked in Equity Claims team to process Cash Dividend and process instruction received from a counterparty in the Corporate Action Event of Dividend Declaration on Stock for SBL (Stock Borrow & Loan trades and Market Claim – Cum Div. and Ex-Div. trades), processed WHT on stock dividend through Cash Wire.8) Analysed and applied daily cash movements (Nostro) in Intellimatch, performed relevant actions, and reported to senior management.9) Worked on high aged (> 90 days) receivable items (External and Intercompany) and regularly updated senior management with EOD status.
