Senior Advisor in Accounting & Settlement Team.Responsibilities:• Auditing Insurance documents & client policies in a guidelines-based system• Handling complex queries, requests & escalations received from clients and co-ordinate with other team members to ensure best resolution for the same• Ensuring ongoing effective relationships with stakeholders• Analyzing the Loss data and updating the Insurance Premium.• Generating settlement status on Loss Claims from clients basis which payments are carried out for carriers & brokers• Provide Loss Runs Support to the Internal Clients.• Interacting with clients to solve discrepancies in the book of accounts, if any
