Jaye has 20 years' experience working as a practitioner, consultant and facilitator with organisations across public and private sectors, from Australia, Americas, Europe and Asia in the areas of Strategic Human Resources, HR Transformation and Workforce Strategy. Jaye is passionate about working with clients to build leading practice HR functions through HR Transformation and Data Driven Organisations through People Analytics. Jaye has extensive experience across these disciplines and is focused on transferring capability to the organisations themselves, when possible shifting mindsets and identifying opportunities to “nudge behaviours” to create incremental change, ensuring each project is sustainable beyond the life of each engagement. Prior to joining THRS, Jaye was a Director with PwC’s People and Organisation Practice based in Sydney , and previously the PwC People Analytics practice in the U.S. Prior to joining PWC, Jaye led the Workforce Analytics and Planning Americas practice at SuccessFactors. Her team was responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors WFA/P , Strategic Consulting Delivery, both within implementation and on an ongoing professional services activities. Her client engagements have included workforce analytics, strategic workforce planning, dashboard design, executive presentations , and cloud roll out strategy development . Jaye has also designed and delivered various workshops including but not limited to; Workforce Analytics, Center of Excellence Design, SAAS Roll Out Strategy, Workforce Planning and Reporting Strategy workshops.
