Jay graduated with his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Psychobiology from SUNY Binghamton University in 2009 and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2014. Following graduation, Jay then completed the post-doctoral Regulatory Pharmaceutical Fellowship in Drug Information with Purdue University, Eli Lilly and Company, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where he had the opportunity to integrate his interest in technology-based learning across multiple environments, and developed global documents and programs that are utilized by domestic and international affiliates.Jay served as a Designated Federal Officer with the FDA's Division of Advisory Committee and Consultant Management from 2016-2020; where he was responsible for the Agency's use of expert consultants for participation in advisory committee meetings that discussed the safety and efficacy of sponsor submitted product applications.Currently, Jay serves as a Regulatory Health Project Manager with FDA's Office of New Drugs, where he is responsible for coordinating drug application review efforts for various gastrointestinal drug products.
