Gait training on a variety of surfaces and stairs with and without assistive devices were also performed. A cooperative environement with occupational and speech therapy was fostered and applied.

Project architect in the Resort Hospitality Studio. Led the project team for a new hotel as part of a major expansion at a national brand casino and hotel in North Carolina. Responsible for all aspects of the hotel to the Studio Manager and Principal in Charge. Coordinated consultants and other team members in six states. I was also project architect for the interiors portion of a new casino for a major Las Vegas based casino developer/ operator. Responsible for coordinating with the core and shell team designers, engineers and interior design efforts with six interior teams along with several Owner groups over five states.

Led teams for medical, retail and municipal projects from design to completion. Part of a team based approach for a new elementary school in Elk River, MN. Responsible for a segment of the building, overall consultant coordination, regulatory body coordination and construction observation.Regularly contributed to other projects in a collaborative office environment with other design firms, all aspects of smaller office life and participated in several successful project interview teams.
