Sr Systems Manager for various DIRECTV system platforms which included L- band, MFH1/2, and DIRECTV RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE. Created and taught classes for various DIRECTV platforms to NACE system operators.Taught system platforms to select groups after being requested by DIRECTV which included classes held at the DIRECTV Revolution Show from 2012 thru 2015.Opened the technical department for NACE Pennsylvania office in 2001 and the NACE Nevada office in 2004.Point of contact for DIRECTV regarding new technology and distribution platforms.Worked closely with overseas vendors on our product line ànd was responsible to maintain quality of these products. Attended various trade shows including the Consumer Electronics Show, Satellie Expo, CEDIA, and DIRECTV REVOLUTION to interact with current clients and to meet with potential clients. Also interacted with overseas vendors that would attend the events.

Responsible for the technical support for our customers which would include troubleshooting issues on their cell phone, updating cell phone software and data transfers when a customer would upgrade their cell phone. I would also interact with the customers regarding warranty issues on what did be covered and what would not be covered regarding the cell phone. I was responsible for store inventory which included keeping the store floor stocked with required amount of product, keeping the phone display stand updated with the newest cell phone models and assisting the sales team as needed.

As a Ground Radio Communications technician, I was responsible for testing and up keep of the transmit and receiver site and the air traffic control tower to ensure proper communication between the tower and the pilots. Other responsibilities would include providing sound support for various retirement ceremonies, special events and the yearly base Air Show which would have attendance of over 50,000 people. Was responsible for providing the sound/audio for high profile events such as the 50th anniversary Air Force Ball, Base Wing closure and retirement ceremonies of very high ranking individuals.
