The redevelopment project was renovated, leased and recapitalized to preserve pre-recession equity. Entitlement changes and implemented medical office repurpose of a vacant theater while adding additional MOB and retail tenants.Historical redevelopment included building the greenest Whole Foods, earning Three Green Globes rating from the Green Building Initiative. Lululemon and an expanded Pottery Barn were project highlights. Managed lease, capital, lender, and construction management from LOI to tenant openings.
