Manage nuclear fuel delivery activities as leader of a team of fuel contract managers. Responsible for delivery of fuel and fuel-related services for twelve domestic nuclear plants. Train, mentor, direct, and coach while ensuring order implementation and control, and resolution of technical problems for customers. Execute contract work scope (manufacturing, product/core/reload engineering) for fuel and component contracts. Lead responsibility for prioritizing resources and enabling solutions for scope, warranty, product or technological deficiencies, suspense, and cost/scheduler conflicts.  Facilitate integration of product/service capabilities to resolve customer needs.Support development of customer business plans and objectives, and multi-business unit proposal preparations, presentations, and contract negotiations.

Communicate customer requirements to product line.Direct engineering and commercial activities for orders, implementation, invoicing, and closeout, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance. Support coordination of nuclear fuel product line resources. Manage the contract with regard to the schedule and billing plan using SAP and other tools.Lead responsibility for promptly resolving scope, warranty, product or technological deficiencies, suspense, and cost/scheduler conflicts.  Engineer resolution of multi-discipline issues during fuel fabrication, fuel reload engineering efforts, fuel receipt, and fuel operation for routine and emergency technical situations.  Interpret drawings, specifications and other technical documentation in order to support Westinghouse engineering positions or dispositions with customer management.Communicate reload status and issues to the customer while building relationships with customer counterparts. Act as engineering and commercial focal point for customer fuel/components/associated engineering contract(s) requests. Know the customer's organization, objectives, and expectations including utility economics.  Facilitate integration of product/service capabilities to resolve customer needs.Support development of customer business plans and objectives, and multi-business unit proposal preparations, presentations, and contract negotiations. Act as technical lead for complex fuel and component deliveries. Validate capabilities to meet customer requirements prior to proposals. Support onsite engineering, fuel loading and fuel handling activities.

Assigned to Operational Readiness unit within SCE&G's New Nuclear Deployment organization. Working to execute and improve milestone management process which is designed to prepare to operate two new AP1000 nuclear generating units. Tasked as Risk Manager for New Nuclear Deployment project risk and issue management process, which addresses schedule, quality, compliance, and cost risks for construction and through the first five years of operation.

Manage functions related to evaluation of Market Risk, Operational Risk, and Risk Compliance. Direct staff activities, including identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting market and other enterprise risks as well as ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and guidelines.Primarily responsible for improvement and integration of corporate-wide risk measurement control techniques and quantitative methodologies. Manage administration and development of risk measurement models. Assess appropriateness and effectiveness of quantitative models.Recommend improvements to risk management infrastructure to include systems, controls, policies, and procedures. Interact with management of operational areas to assess risk, discuss risk profiles, and resolve issues, including control or policy violations. Present measurement and control results along with recommendations to management.

Responsible for short-term power trading activities from real-time through one year, including generation sales, arbitrage transactions, and “hub” trading. Ensured proper implementation of contractual requirements.Developed and implemented opportunities to improve real-time trading and scheduling operations. Developed and implemented trading and risk controls for trading function.

BDE Ass't S-3 (Ass't Operations Officer): Responsible for operations management and readiness standards in Army’s mechanized Rapid Deployment Force (4000 soldier brigade).Task Force S-4 (Logistics Officer): Planned and coordinated services and facilities for Combined Arms Task Force (800 soldier battalion). Supervised supply and accountability procedures for $125M inventory; allocated a $2M budget to meet training and materiel requirements.Support Platoon Leader: Employed 39 vehicles and soldiers to meet fuel, ammunition, and transportation requirements for battalion with infantry, armor, field artillery, and support requirements.Tank Company XO: Second-in-Command of an M1 Abrams-equipped tank company. Accountable for maintenance of 14 tanks and personnel administration of 62 soldiers.Tank Platoon Leader: Led 15 soldiers and 4 tanks during multiple field training and gunnery exercises.
